Q2. What should I do if the machine cannot be restarted immediately after stopping?
A2. This is normal and indicates a cooling-off period triggered by the protective device. Please turn off the power, leave it idle for 30 minutes, and then restart the machine to resume operation. If it still cannot be started after more than 30 minutes, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Q3. Could you please advise which type of roller is used for furniture, and which one is for pet hair?
A3. The roller with bristlesis designed specficaly for pet areas, while the roller without bristles isintended for dleaning matresses. fabricfurniture and otherhousehold textiles.
Q1. My newly purchased vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working and became overheated. What’s going on? Is the product defective?
A1. Please rest assured—this is not a product malfunction, but rather our built‑in multiple safety protection mechanisms operating as designed. Below is a detailed explanation and troubleshooting guide to help you:
About “sudden stoppage”
This occurs when the overheat protection feature is triggered. When the internal motor temperature rises to approximately 100°C (usually due to poor airflow), the protection system automatically cuts off power to prevent permanent damage to the motor from excessive heat. After allowing the unit to cool down for about 30 minutes, it will return to normal operation. What causes overheating?
According to laboratory simulations, the two main causes are:Full dust container or blocked air inlets: For example, large amounts of pet hair, food crumbs, or accumulated fine dust can completely obstruct the intake, triggering an automatic shutdown within about 5 minutes.
Improper installation of the non‑return valve inside the dust container: This compromises the overall air seal, causing the motor to work harder under abnormal conditions.
Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
① Turn off the power and let the unit sit for 30 minutes to cool down completely.
② Open the dust container and thoroughly clean the filter and the air inlet of any hair or lint.
③ Check that the non‑return valve is correctly installed.
④ Reassemble the parts and try turning it on again.

Q4. The manual says the UV light turns on when the safety switch on the small wheels is pressed against a surface. How can I tell if the UV light is actually working?
A4. The UV light is designed to switch off automatically when the device is lifted off the surface (e.g., a mattress or fabric). This is an important safety feature to protect your eyes from direct UV exposure.
To check whether the UV light is functioning properly, follow these steps:
1. Find a dark or dimly lit room—the glow is much easier to see in low light.
2. Turn on the device and place it flat on a soft surface (like a bed or sofa), ensuring the small wheels are fully pressed down.
3. Gently tilt the handle upward just enough to create a small gap between the roller wheels and the surface.
4. Look closely at the gap. You should see a faint purple or blue glow reflecting off the fabric underneath.
- If you see the glow → the UV light is working normally.
- If you do NOT see the glow → please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Important Safety Reminder:
Do not look directly at the UV light for extended periods, as it can be harmful to your eyes. The UV light is intended solely for surface disinfection, not for direct viewing.
